He caters to major companies, non-profit organizations, and hotels. He works well with senior corporate executives and can provide consultations for international corporations.
More than his role as a Founder & Business Development Manager, He is also effective at persuading and influencing high-ranking individuals. His opinions are highly valued, people trust and respect his judgments. Vichet earned a degree in Economic Development back in 2008. Through his course, he developed a passionate interest in the economic development in Cambodia.
In particular, He focused on topics like business development, operational and hospitality. After He graduated, Vichet worked hard to attain his role as Operation Specialist for 15 years. Then he spent a year working at the FCC Hotel, S.I Travel, POP Destination Travel and Real Estate Company Century 21 Mekong.
Here, he managed business and develop VSTL from local company standard to international standard. Expand business and branding to the world. Through experiences running in many companies, Vichet also contributed to the development of policies and products service, structure and set up company.
For his most recent year tenure as a Real Estate Agent, Vichet had successfully nourished his insatiable passion. He did this by conducting training about the investments of emerging markets and international market.

He also monitors and assesses the performance of sales groups, evaluates market conditions weekly, and examines revenue trends. Apart from this, Vichet also created a model of analysis that improved the sales of the company's main product by a whopping 125%. He did this by correlating the sales data based on advertising and marketing expenditures.
